Dude, I get the social anxiety but avoiding women completely is only gonna make you feel more awkward later on. Here's what I'd do:
- Start small. Practice smiling and making eye contact with girls when you're out. Compliment a cute shirt here and there in passing.
- Don't put too much pressure on any interaction. Go in with zero expectations so you can just be yourself.
- Focus on listening in conversations so you don't feel so much pressure to perform. Ask questions about them instead of always talking about you.
- Hang out with guy friends to more girls. Introduce yourself in chill group settings where it's not such a big deal if things get awkward.
- Compliment girls respectfully, then bounce. No need to linger if they don't seem into chatting more. Onto the next!
- YouTube some charisma and flirting tips. Seeing it can help you emulate the relaxed body language.
With experience you'll get better. But avoiding it totally will just prolong the awkward. Start dipping your toes in bro. Trust that girls can sense confidence over perfection! You got this.
On the contrary. the only way to become skilled at something is to put yourself in that position constantly.. until it becomes second nature.
