Hi, so one of my best and closest friends asked me to have a kid with her in the future.
She said that, if by the time she was 35 and single would I give her a child? She was dead serious. And I've been told this before by other girl friends of mine but I don't take them too seriously.

She used to be my girlfriend back in high school, we dated for 2 or 3 months but it didn't worked out. That was 10 years ago. We've been friends since we broke up.
I am her best friend and I've been with her trough thick and thin.

I do love her but not like that anymore. If that makes any sense.
Besides, I'm deeply in love with someone else right now.
My girlfriend and I broke up a couple of months ago and my best friend knows this.
She's been behaving "different" towards me and giving me "girlfriend" style compliments and vibes. She's also talking a lot about having sex and other stuff with me.
She's been asking me out a lot too recently. It's not like her to be like that with me.
I don't know what to do. I'm freaking out.

It seems like she never lost her feelings towards you. And having sex with her will make her just more attached. So if you don't feel anything more than just friendship, just leave it there. Otherwise everything might get very complicated.
I just don't think for her it will be a sex to have a child and then nothing else matters... What's more, you'll be father of her child which would be so weird...

I know!!! It feels weird just to think about it. She said "We could have a kid together and still be best friends". That made me freak out a little. I know that if I cross that line, it will never be the same for us.
