Seen a guy I rejected whilst on a date. Is it normal I felt embarrassed?

I was on a first date... a guy I used to speak to but he asked to hang out a few times and I kept declining then eventually just ignored him walked in with his new girlfriend... after a while he said something to her she looked at me and laughed but after that I seen her continuing to glance over but Whatever I wasn’t phased, I personally think she had a cute style I’m not a hater. . I did feel awkward as the guy I was on a date with was a skinny, fairly awkward 5’9 19 year old, the guy I turned down was a 27, same ethnicity as me, very muscular, stylish guy...

Its probably a normal reaction but remember, you weren't interested in him for a reason. It sucks that the guy you were with wasn't more of a prize but that is just bad timing.

Yeah it's probably pretty normal but the sooner you learn that other people's opinions of you don't matter at all, the better off you are
