Is it special if a Guy cries in front of you?

Is it actually special if a guy cries in front of you? I feel like they emphasize it so much, but does it actually mean something?

Yes, my boyfriend is not good at talking when he's not okay and he's only cried in front of me 3 times in 2 years. First time was when His 93 year old, blind grandma was sick in hospital when covid first started so he couldn't see her or find out how she was. My boyfriend loves his grandma and he broke down in tears and told me he just wanted her to be okay. Luckily she's a lot better now.

Second time was when he wasn't earning much at work and then his car broke down. He was really worried about money at the time and he wanted to take me out for the day. He thought he'd let me down and id be disappointed but he wasn't earning enough to see me as often.

Third time was when he was really ill and we were asleep in bed together and he woke up in serious pain and couldn't move. I also cried too because i knew he was bad but id never seen him that bad before and it scared me. I just held tight and tried to carm him down as much as possible and help him ignore the pain.

I don't know if it's all to do with covid but it's been a hard year for both of us and it's just made us stronger as a couple to be able to comfort and support each other and share are most personal feelings with each other. Him crying in front of me shows me he's trusts more than most people and is comfortable being himself around me.

Well I don't see it happen often so if a guy ever cries to me (which is like 4 times 2 being the same guy), I see it as them trusting me immensely, and after I try to comfort them I keep them as close to me as possible so their heavy hearts are never left alone again.

I wouldn’t really call it “special”, but it is a different level of trust and comfort. Men are taught to never show emotion as it shows weakness. So for a man to cry in front of someone could mean that they trust you more than they trust anybody else and that they are not afraid to show you that side of them, especially since most men don’t have someone to hear them out and be able to show their vulnerability

It means he's a beta-cuck pansy-ass. If a guy shows weakness to his woman she instantly loses respect. If this goes on long enough, she shuts down sexually, cheats bails or any combination of these.

It depends on the guy the same way it depends on the woman. Some people are just emotional and sensitive crying over cute animal clips. So it is different. Some men/ women if they shed a tear that would hold so much weight depending on their personality.

Well, as we're kinda influenced by society regarding the "you shouldn't cry cause you're a man" thing, most of us, rarely shed any tears and it means that he reached "the point at which the cup overflowed" if he's drowning in problems or in some cases, when he's overjoyed about something.
So anyway i wouldn't use the word special as least not when it comes to shedding tears because of a problem or something.
