Going to an elegant restaurant at night with my sweetheart. Sitting in a comfortable, secluded, candle lit booth that has a spectacular, panoramic, window view and soft, romantic music. Ordering delicious food and wine. The waiter is expertly attentive but non intrusive. Taking a stroll along the waterfront afterward. Wind up at our cute, cozy bed and breakfast cottage where we make romantic love for hours and enjoy the private, in-room Jacuzzi.
Romantic?
I cannot. I can and always only think of pure love, soft love, protective love etc. Of course this is only in thinking. In reality I don't need LOVE.
I can think of many things. Come to mind rn.. Spending some pleasant time in bed with my lover who has just woken up. Then make him a great breakfast. Good mornings, some flowers, some kisses, light touches, he and me...
A wedding proposal where the person says, "I want to spend the rest of my days with you."
