Could you date marry someone who lost custody of their kids?

So, say you meet a woman, she has 5 kids. But did something bad enough for cps to take all 5 permanently. Would you decide to have another baby with her?

I dont know the reasons why she lost them, but there is rumor of abuse. Burning then with cigarettes. Beating them. I honestly don't know the reasoning, but its suspicious.

A woman who has five kids, whether she lost custody of them or not, would not be someone I'd date, much less have a child with, due to her financial and time commitments.

If CPS took her kids away from her, I'd want to know the reason before making a decision, but in all likelihood, that would be a dealbreaker since she clearly can't handle things or is poorly organized. That isn't the kind of situation a guy wants to get involved in.

In response to the update- no way would I date this person. I do not date smokers, period, and she has too much drama in her life even if the allegations are completely false. If there is any truth to them, it would be dangerous for me to be around such a person- I could get caught up in her drama and bad decision-making as well as potentially being a victim of hers. It sounds like she might suffer from some mental illness, which is also definitely a dealbreaker.

From my standpoint, if I reached the point of genuinely caring for her (and not saying I'd ever reach that point, but if I did...), then I'm her teammate when it comes to reconciling her with the five. I would not proceed until she seems reasonably happy with how things are. Last thing I wanna do is add a new kid until she has found her peace.
