Guys, Any other men turned off of dating because of the red, black and purple pill theories?

After reading so much of it you just ask yourself "why even bother?". It hits you hard that women in our modern world have so many options of men to pick from that it's pointless to even talk to women unless you stand out.

I don't think most guys realize just how much attention women get. The moment they walk outside they will have a guy checking them out. They can get attention from youtube, twitchTV, facebook, dating sites and so on.

Seriously how are we men supposed to compete with modern technology? Do you have muscles? yes. Ohhhhh to bad she found a guy on a dating site that's taller with better looking muscles.

How do I even get motivated in America when women have insane amounts of options and I must act like a fucking clown just to get attention? Just a month ago I watched a girl on TwitchTV get $5,000 dollars just for dancing badly. As a dude this is soul crushing. Here I am bushing my ass off and this chick gets dudes to give her money just for dancing poorly.

I know people say you can build status... well that isn't easy and most women can already get high status men. Secondly, I'm just not motivated as I feel the dating game is unrewarding.

The red-pill stuff comes from guys who were in the PUA community. But the PUA community is almost dead, and all that’s left is red-pill stuff.

The PUA/game stuff was about learning how to talk to and attract women, practical advice. Red-pill stuff was about the reasons why game works. Think of PUA as driving a car and red-pill being about what goes on under the hood of the car, understanding of the mechanics.

With PUA being almost dead what you have is red-pill theory without any practical advice. A bunch of guys really just complaining rather than looking for solutions. Many of them, Rollo included I think, are armchair experts. They don’t have game themselves, they’re just nerds or guys who’ve been married for 20 years who are very good at observing human behaviour and breaking it down. They don’t give practical game advice because they can’t.

I also think that a lot of guys misunderstand the red-pill anyway, and it makes them overthink everything.

I don't know what you actually want here. Do you want attention? Or do you want a woman? The two are not the same thing and one doesn't necessarily lead to the other. Hands down the best way to meet a girl is to just go up and start talking to her (appropriately). When you do this you immediately step through most of the red tape and bullshit that you're talking about, as you've immediately moved from someone 'in the background' to an actual real person that they're paying attention to.

Yup. It's not just options (simps don't really get women), it's the sheer f*cking arrogance of modern Western women, nowadays. Like, almost none of them are special or worth a damn, yet think they're royalty. I'm not saying this to sound like I hate women, but the egos of modern women nowadays are insane, and it's mostly thanks to simps (even before we called them that). The guys that would crawl through broken glass just for sex. It's pathetic.

The best thing I can say, as someone jaded by modern women and the hopeless dating life, is to put women on the backburner, but don't rule them out completely. Just saying, don't go out of your way to find one. Because it is f*cking ROUGH out here. If you're not already a 9 out of 10 man (most of whom are blessed with perfect genetics, and the rest is confidence built up from said genetics and how society treats him because of that), then no, don't bother with women and dating. Especially since after the sex is done, you realize, "Oh, sh*t. Now I still gotta talk to this person." (And let's be honest, 95-99% of women aren't interesting. Hell, even a good 60-70% of MEN aren't interesting, but at least we're more interesting than women out of social necessity; we can't coast by on just our looks.)

Before COVID happened, I went to escorts. Not street whores, but actual escorts. Hell, every Chinatown has them. (You think that many people really need massages 24 hours in the day?) I didn't go often; maybe once a month or two, but I did. That took care of any sexual urges I might have had that jerking off couldn't fix. As far as emotional urges, get a dog if you have your own house or can afford one, and if not, then get a cat, or something. Or just have lots of good male friends; although this is a much harder option. Just do SOMETHING to take care of that loneliness, if it's there, because you don't need a woman for that.

I think most men feel a lack of companionship and feel lonely, and think a woman will solve that problem, instead of just having good loyal friends (which I'm currently trying to find, myself). COVID has certainly messed that up, for sure. But essentially, consider women to mostly not even be an option, and certainly don't on them or anyone else for your own happiness. Most people don't take that sh*t seriously, at all. DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. (Within reason.) Don't sit around, waiting for some princess to make you happy in life.

Think of getting a girlfriend as being on the same level of owning a Lamborghini. "Great if it'll ever happen, but life will be fine without one." Again, way easier said than done though, cause you gotta life that, everyday.

Because there´s a difference between attention, attraction and interest. Dating isn´t very rewarding but it has never been unless we talk about planned marriages. Dating is a hard game for both sexes. Women get much attention nowadays but also only if they have a beautiful and perfect body, if they keep uploading pictures where they show their body. Most attention women get they actually don´t want because it´s all shallow.
I think one of the reasons why we guys have problems getting to know women is because we can´t express our feelings well. Because honestly there are many jerks around and women fall for them because they have a more open bodylanguage. They show around what they have and think they have.
You can build status and you can work on your character and stuff. Because then you stand out of the crowd of all these guys who are self-empathic sitting in a bar frustrated with everything.

You don't have to date. You don't have to engage much at all with modern society. You miss out on a lot, true, but you can exist, if humbly and slowly, doing nothing more with it than dipping your toe in. As an alternative, though- don't date women. Date a woman. Find someone who wants something more than just attention.

There are still an equal number of single men and women, and high status men mostly are content with a single partner. We often see questions on GaG from women wondering what they need to do to get some attention. “Most women can already get high status men”. Of course they cannot. There are relatively few high status men. So you probably cannot date a model or movie star. Neither can most of us. Instead we date the more ordinary women we can actually meet. My question to guys who are having difficulty finding a partner is “How many women in your life do you greet by name when you see them?” What’s your number?

My advice is to simply focus on your life purpose, building money, wisdom, knowledge, health, muscle, and making yourself.. self sufficient. Women and dating are not a good return in investment, particularly at times like this. They are right at the bottom of any of my concerns. The redpill and blackpill only cause men concern when they are honest enough with themselves, to take a real look at what's going on. But most will just dismiss it. The truth hurts... so most will find ways to avoid it's sting.

Dude, do not turn black pill. Do not give up on the game. You have to fully swallow the red pill and go deep into the rabbit hole. This whole praxeology teaches you how to better your life and use the matrix to your advantage. It teaches female nature and how to deal with women effectively. Are you familiar with the author Rollo Tomassi. He has great books that can enlighten you and get you into the right path.
