Hard to say i guess I prefer them within a certain limit in bothcl directions.
Basically nothing younger than 18 and even 18 year olds are rarely appealing to me.
As for older I'd go as high as 35 and in certain cases even over 40. Now I'm not actively looking in that demographic but I wouldn't be repulsed by a woman of that age if she was my type.

Good question! Older has benefits more stable. Younger more stamina in bed. I'm more young at heart and like teaching so maybe younger for me.

When i was mid 20's I preferred women in their 40's (Mainly because of Linda Gray of Dallas). As i got older and caught up to that age group I still preferred the older woman. Because they were not shocked by the more... adventurous sexual requests I'd suggest.

Younger, but not too much younger. I'm 34 technically, feel 24, and would ideally want someone between age 23 and 37. Ideal age, if I could choose, would be 29, so only five years younger than me.

I have one rule (regarding age) whether or not to date a girl: at least 21. That's it. As long as I find her attractive, I have no other age limits. I work with someone that is significantly older than I am that I wouldn't hesitate to date, and another person that is 21 that I would also not hesitate to date.

I've found that my energy level predisposes me to men who are a few years younger than me. Not by much. Four to six years. I'm no cradle robber.
