I think it’s a joke. Not one which I find to be particularly funny, but I’m not really offended by it either. I just think you’re wrong. It does bring up a question a question though. What if the guy is below a five when it comes to attractiveness? That seems to be the cutoff for women.
I see guys on here complaining all the time about how women are shallow and will never date an unattractive guy. I say sure, but guys are the same way. And maybe the only reason they keep getting rejected is because the unattractive guys are only asking out the attractive girls. Then I see things like this, and it proves my point.
Oh, and women aren’t crazy. We’re just learning that we don’t need to put up with people who treat us as lesser than.

this is the reason because of egotistical bull crap like this , you standard are so high you end up with a nut sack that will treat you like crap. a pretty face or nice car doesn't mean anything. and poke fun at all the sub standard guys you want be we dont get STD's by spreading our legs like a drive through at McDonalds.
i got enough life experience t know what it is that makes a good relationship but women pf your stature would have a Rex , Philip or Tom because Bill, Frank or Bob just dont look right to you.
no disrespect to you but till the normal guys get a chance , women like yourself will always have substandard guys that they give the stink face to because they look more like a blunt club than a pretty knife that can be dulled easily.
@cheapshotbob Did you even read what I’m saying? I’m saying that below average guys have the same standards of women. My whole point is that everyone is picky, but guys complain about women having the same standards that they do.
You can say all you want that you don’t take into account appearances. The same isn’t true for most guys. And your immediate anger at my answer makes me think that you’re no exception.
I will say that I love your immediate assumption that I’m promiscuous or something. I said that I’m picky, and you assume that that means I sleep with more people. That’s not how that works.
Also, I personally believe that attractiveness is subjective. I’ve liked some people that don’t really fit the idea western standard of beauty. I’ve gotten some weird looks from friends when I told them. But that doesn’t matter. Because they’re attractive to me. But I’m not going to date someone that I’m not attracted to. Like it or not, relationships where there is no physical connection don’t work. (Except for some asexual people, but that’s not me, and it’s not most people.)
There’s also a possibility that if I have an emotional connection with someone, I’ll start to see them as attractive when I didn’t before. But if they’re just some stranger asking me out (rather than a friend, like the main person that this occurred with for me), I’m not going to waste my time hoping for that to happen.
And based on the responses I get from guys when I reject them, I don’t think I’m missing out.
I'd say it's more of a bell curve. All girls default at a 2 on the crazy chart. 1-4 hotness is 3-5 crazy 5-6 hotness is 6-7 crazy 7-8 hotness is 8-10 crazy 9-10 hotness is 4-6 crazy.
I've found that the top 10% girls tend to be less crazy on average than the top 30%. I suspect this is because to be top 10% you have to be rational enough and have enough self discipline to take care of yourself. You can't become 10/10 just because you have good genes.
Also, 9s and 10s don't have as insane an ego as 7s or 8s, because they are approached less frequently because guys assume she's out of their league.
Unattractive girls are also generally crazy, just in different ways than the attractive ones.

i mean maybe there is some truth to the idea that there is a threshhold to how crazy i will accept but that's built on my personality not her appearance
I actually do think it's pretty funny, but it isn't true. Being hot only goes so far in a relationship. Most guys actually do know this. If a girl is super hot but super crazy most guys won't want to be with that girl long term. Sure, they'd love to sleep with her. Perhaps they might try a short term thing with her. However, guys aren't going to have a long term committed relationship with a girl just because she's hot. If that's all she's got and she otherwise drives them insane they'll just move on to the next girl after a while.
The concept of this chart is the better looking a girl is, the crazier she is. Therefore, the wife, dating material and such should be much further to the left, being less attractive.
The unicorn part is spot on, but the no go zone should be along the top, not the left side.
Apparently you don't understand charts. The chart does NOT say that the better looking a girl is, the crazier she is. It actually implies those two things are unrelated. The diagonal line is a break between which balance is acceptable.
@zagor I know full well how charts work, what I'm saying is this is a variation of the old concept of "the hotter she is, the crazier she is" and it does not depict that.
According to this chart, only the best looking women who are only mildly crazy are wife material, wife material should extend much further to the left to include average looking women.
The danger zone is fun to dabble in. Probably not so fun if you get attached though. Most of my 'relations' have been with strippers, so I guess I can only vouch for that one corner of the chart.
I think that while it’s pretty funny, it isn’t something that anyone should perceive as being true. It’s overly generalizing and offensive, and while offensive jokes are fine, they’re much less so when it’s not a joke.
I think it's hilarious... and my wife comes pretty close to unicorn but on the rare occasion she'll hit crazy just because... hormones and stress at work with 12 hour shifts... scary though.
I mean it is subjective, not everyone will see a 10 as a 10 but there is some truth to the chart. The hotter a female sees herself the more entitled and crazy she tends to be.
I love it. I will have to see it again when I am not so lit.
