I would, assuming that she is biologically a female, date a flat chested girl. As far as I know, a flat chest is nothing to really worry about. I haven't looked into it for a few years, but it is my understanding that breast size is more of a mating thing. Bigger breasts mean highly fertile/virile and possible less intelligent due to the body being geared for reproduction instead (not an absolute, but it was stated as an observation that warranted more study) and smaller breasts mean less fertile/virile but usually more intelligent due to the body being geared for less reproduction and more brain processing power (not an absolute, but it was stated as an observation that warranted more study).
