One of the differences with men and women it seems is "preferences". With women, they often can be "deal breakers", but guys they are just that, general preference. He's with you, which means he loves your body. Think of him, maybe he's not "perfect" for you if you didn't know him? But you do and because he's your boyfriend, you love him. The same goes back. It doesn't mean you're not perfect for him.

I also have a preference for smaller breast (vs "big"), however like how most women feel about penises, it's about the person they're attached to, not the size.

In my opinion it's time to move on. A real man will except you for who & what you are. He knew you were top heavy at the beginning. So if he didn't like what he saw at the beginning he shouldn't have involved himself, unless he was looking for a space to fill, taking you for a test drive. Yea i wouldn't take him seriously then if he told me he loves my body or grew to love big boobs.
