No. Because women, mostly those who aren't mature enough yet, cannot and do not think about the age of a man. Only if you are sexually attractive for them to want sex with which is why they actively seek out sexually attractive men who pay attention to them. All they see is somebody they envision desiring and being desired. It has nothing to do with you being in your30s, but it may be them thinking you have money and a house for them to live off of you in. That's it. Someone like me doesn't do that. We rather stick around our own age bracket and work for what we have and want with somebody who equally feels the same. Plus we tend to avoid somebody who is much older than us because there is not a lot of compatibility in experience. Too many 30-year-olds have too much experience. That's the key thing. most of those girls just want an experience. And marriage only if you have something to offer them. Again, to live off of even if they have a job. So think twice.

What if the 30 year old is living in nice condo with good job but has the mindset of a 25 year. I’m 30 and I’m a big kid myself fitting above description and have been on several dates with girls early to mid 20s.

It doesn't matter. It is not about the material or just you having a job. It has everything to do with the fact of that you may not be compatible with them. You may have been on serval dates. But do you have a stable partner or a wife? No. That is what people will look at. Your too busy focusing on girls much younger than you, when you need to build yourself up as a man who is 30 years old and should be expected to be as you age. Meaning, if your mindset is that of a 25-year-old, most girls will be turned off because you don't act like your any more mature than they are. They will say "Hey, this guy is 30 and he acts like he doesn't have it together. He has a nice home and stuff, but he doesn't turn me on for long term." I am not that kind of girl. But see, you use all of that to try to attract women. But take away the condo, exempt your job and your appearance, what do we see as a person? Not much. You have to have other things to offer because women nowadays are gaining more and can get equally what you have. More and more women are owning condos or homes now themselves. So you need to think about that as is younger people are also accumulating wealth than millennials are such as you and I.

There is more to relationships than what you're describing. You sound like many would consider the ultimate boyfriend, but not enough to desire marriage and a family with. Why? Because your description and lifestyle and dating history are that of a bachelor. Not a man who is serious about settling down with a woman. Which is probably why you get dates, but not somebody to desire to be your girlfriend. And if so, it's temporary, don't last or it's only flings and hookups. So you need to think about this because your questions tell the whole story without you saying all of that detail. All you care about is being hot, have a condo a good job, and attracting women. Why do you think you have these problems? Does it sound emotionally fulfilling? Does it make you HAPPY?

I wanted to play the play field a bit just to make up for lost time cause I never got that chance in youth. I still had fun, now Im gonna be looking for a long term relationship. I wanted to go from a to b not just to B.

Listen if you want to be a player you better just go and be a player elsewhere and leave those girls alone. And no you think you're just going to be a player and now you're going to look for a long-term relationship watch what I'm going to say that's why you're going to be left single. We got standards just like you men. You want to be out there helping around full around, they're going to tell you nope. Find somebody else is going to tolerate you.
