My guess is that most guys would not say it's more attractive than not having them, but also that most wouldn't really care much about it and it wouldn't be a significant factor in them deciding whether or not they find someone appealing.

I find knock knees extremely attractive. I think it is a unique and beautiful trait. It adds a certain kind of vulnerability and femininity. I would hope females realize that instead feeling embarrassed they would see how beautiful and unique it is.
