Guys, do you notice “knock knees” in girls?

I could never speak for most guys but as for me I haven't really noticed it in many girls unless they point it out😅 (I guess I am just blind or something) . Even if I notice or someone tells me about it I would never say its a "turn off". Looks dont or at least shouldn't matter more than attitude. If I like someone and enjoy hanging out with them then why even bother with looks. You shouldn't be worried if someone leaves you because of looks they are probably an insecure person or a jerk and can't see your true attitude towards life.
