I was speaking to a guy I know, talking to him about a worry, and he replied with "don't worry your pretty little face". He's never said anything like this before so it threw me off.

It doesn't really mean anything. It is an expression is all. I have heard people say don't worry your pretty little head off. You can pretty much substitute anything and it applies. He is saying not to worry about whatever worry that you had. He didn't think it was a big deal and worth worrying about is how I take it to mean. I wouldn't read anything past that meaning. There isn't any hidden motive here in my opinion.

It’s an excuse so he won’t have to hear your complaints. I was told this recently not to worry about financial bills when the same woman that said that got me in trouble.
