I think mean self esteem? As for confidence i am very confident sometimes arrogant but i usually doubt myself to get that in balance , as for self esteem its low because that’s the reality ultimately i have a lot of potential and i am not working on myself fully that’s changing tho and a lot with it my self esteem increases

With the things i do all the time i am 9/10. Doing new things starts at 5/10 but it escalates quick to 8/10. Things i am 10/10 at and some things am 1/10. How confident am i in general! 8-9/10

I would say it’s circumstantial. Sometimes an 8, other times a 5. It really depends on so many variables.
