Trending & News What if a girl texts you and simply changes her mind on liking you. I’ve done that before so many times. I’ll get interested and then I’ll converse with the guy and he just isn’t it
How do you know they haven’t? You generally don’t know. I was attracted to this one guy and he was very close to going on a date with me until he didn’t converse with me the whole time up to that day and he lost me.
You aren’t understanding what I’m saying. Many girls do not have intentions to waste time, but they feel the vibes out of certain guys and their vibe isn’t for them.
Because I think a man needs to do the pursuing at least in my opinion. If you are taking me out on a date, I expect you to get to know me beforehand
I expect him to get to know me up until that point where we go on a date. I think it’s awkward that he wouldn’t make a convo prior to wanting to go on a date with me.
I've never expected for a girl to just go on a date with me without getting to know one another. But if after 3 weeks of texting and we haven't arranged a date I move on... i think that's fair. Now she's more than welcome to text me on her own arranging a date after I've texted her why I'm moving on. Just cause I say I'm moving on that doesn't mean I'm exclusive with someone else, it's just saying you're either wasting my time or just not really interested in me and won't say it.
Have you ever asked a girl on a date? I feel like arranging a date is more on the guy than it is the girl. I think most women think that way.
One time installed to a girl for a whole year and probably asked her out 6 times, then one day she texts me saying well I'm seeing someone now i don't think we should be texting anymore... This is why I now draw the line at about 3 weeks of texting before moving on if a date isn't scheduled.
Oh of course you have a right to set boundaries.
That's the whole point of this question! I'm saying if I can't convince a girl to go on a date within 3 weeks I move on! By convincing I say hey i want to take you out, how about we go to this restaurant on this day at this time I can pick you up or we can meet their. Whatever you're comfortable with. Then if they say yes, great! If no then i may text a bit more if it's just a matter of her wanting to get to know me more okay I'll give it a little longer say a week or so more then ask again.
Honestly I think it’s better when a guy says “hey I can take you out on a date this Saturday or this weekend what day is best for you” not “we can go out when you are more comfortable” because your are giving the decision in her hands to say “hey let’s go on a date” if she says no, blows you off, or even says I don't know, you got your answer on if she is interested. You don’t even need to wait two to three weeks
Or you don’t even have to call it a date you can say “hey we should go out and get some food this Saturday or sometime during the weekend”
That's true. That's the key indicator also. If it's been 3 weeks and she hasn't agreed to a date then something is wrong. Usually the reason she even has my phone number is because i set the date up through the dating app and we traded numbers to make it easier to keep in touch. Honestly I'll talk to her for about 5 days before i bring up taking her on a date, but if something happens, she cancels whatever... That's when I give it about 3 weeks before throwing in the towel.
In my opinion if a girl won’t agree to go on a date the first day you two talk there’s zero physical attraction. Texting is a waste of time unless if you are trying to get to know somebody before you meet up.
No I didn’t. I said texting is a waste of time unless there is a date set up and you need to get to know each other and make conversation so the date isn’t entirely awkward
You are missing the Mark on what I’m saying. My point is right in between your points.
