Dating apps need the supply, why would they make it harder for them to join? Men want the supply, so they charge them for access to the supply. Makes economic sense.

I definitely get where you're coming from, and I know exactly what you're talking about (the laundry list some of them post, the "love it or leave it," etc.).

But as we've already touched on, the supply isn't throttled in any way, mostly because not enough men care. However, if you begin to assume all women are like what you find on dating apps, as the old saying goes "If you search for disappointment, you will find it every time."

Personally I like to believe those are the profiles you find most often on those sites because all of the sane ones found someone and left!

I'm not looking for disappointment. I'm trying something different. I've tried everything else. It's all the same. They just want money but they can't or don't want to earn it. Why would I give anyone money when they haven't earned it?
