A "fika" or coffee where the phone is put away and in silent mode. And get a feeling before committing to any serious dating. Where you just talk, get this early so you haven't already discussed everything with texts. It's should be a public place, but it doesn't have to a local Cafe, it can be a picnic in the park or other public space.
