Girls, A girl I have a crush on is leaving but has agreed to meet me, does she like me?

I work with a colleague who I have a secret crush on but she is leaving for a new job next week. We have known each other for 2 years and in recent months I found myself falling for her but was too afraid to ask her out on a date. I'm 32 and she's 26. She has a 4 year old child from a previous relationship. With her having a child, I have had to put in a lot of thought about whether I felt seriously about her. I also have an ongoing health condition which leaves me feeling very fatigued and anxious.
When I found out this morning that she was leaving I felt devastated. I asked her if she'd keep in touch with me after she left and she said she definitely would. When I suggested that once she's settled into her new job if she would like to meet me for a coffee and a catch-up she agreed immediately and said she'd like to meet me for a pub meal. I was surprised that she would suggest that. She gave me her working shift patterns at her new employer, the days off she has each week and when her home university course days are to make it easier for me to plan a day to meet her.
As I have existing health conditions and with her child to consider I wanted to take things slowly. Is it a positive sign that she's willing to meet up with me?

Ok so your crush, this girl you like is leaving and yet after asking her... she said that yes she would keep in contact with and even agreed to meet her before she does. Yet, as you adamantly keep saying that you have a health condition and that she does have a child to consider... could she possible like me? Ok, first she would not even talk to you if she did not like you... at least as a friend.

Why would she ever tell you something that may hurt your feelings if she considers you a friend? As a friend that she may not see like ever again, of course she has no problems spending time with you... just like you would do if your best friend was moving to another city for a great opportunity. Would you tell your friend no if he wanted have a drink for one last time before you will never be able to again.

I don't understand why you would overthink this and think that for as long as you have known each other and nothing has ever intimately occurred between you... that this would the moment of the "Big Reveal!" No, remember she is your crush, the fantasy girl that you dream of and have built her up much in your mind... that the actual reality of being with her could never meet your expectations of her. You best just keep her as a fantasy and find someone to keep it real with.

Regardless, after telling us over and over about your health problems and that she already has a child to take care,,, making her have to also take care of you is selfish and inconsiderate, Besides, what does it matter anymore, she is none gone and the chance of ever conveniently see her again is slim to none... Like I said, let your fantasy crush go and move on to someone you can keep it real with.
