Girls, Does she like me?

So I (23M) recently just went on a date with this woman (23F) I met on Hinge, and although we're still trying to plan a second date (we've both been very busy with work), maybe it's just the fact that I'm the most socially inept person on the planet lol, but I can't tell if she's flirting with me or not. She told me that, when she gets back from her trip, "I'd deff be down to grab drinks with u ;)". And not only that, but after the first date, she was the one that first texted me about meeting up again. And not to mention, we were also texting last night and she was saying how she would much rather be getting drinks with me rn than what's she is currently doing (she was working). Thoughts?

An update: we went on a 2nd date, and it was actually really fun! And although she doesn't want to rush into a relationship, she also doesn't go on a 2nd date with someone unless she wants to know more about them. I texted her late last night to see if she wanted to see a movie with me on Sunday night, but she just texted me now (apologizing and saying she was waiting for her work schedule to come in), saying that "Aw as fun as that sounds I do have work Monday night :/". Is she still interested
