Definitely not.
Men are in general (with a very few exceptions) reach their intellectual maturity on the average 2 to 3 years later than girls.
In my age group, a 19 year old guy will have the intellectual maturity of a 16-17 year old boy. If I now remove 3 or 4 years to that intellectual maturity, I get a maturity of a child of 12 years of age.
Not only is that scenario totally unrealistic but also, it would make me a criminal if I was to attempt anything with a child.
Your scenario may be true with people over the age of 30 because by the late twenties, the intellectual/mental maturity is equalled out.

I'm 25 and I wouldn't date a guy that is younger than 24. Most guys in their early 20s tend to be immature and we don't tend to be on the same wavelength. But if I were 30, I would be glad to date a guy that is 26-29.
What Girls Said
My rule is no one younger than 21, but im 25. My mon (45) dated a guy a few years back who was 12-14 years her junior. I've dated younger too, but not that extreme.
Depends on the woman my sister married someone 4 years younger than her.. im with someone 5 years older than me.. it all depends on the woman age is just a number
Nah, that's too much for me. I would only date a younger guy if he was a year younger. I would go about up to about 5 years if he's older.
Definitely not, sometimes some younger men in my eyes are immature and for whatever reason even though I’m 23 so 4 to 5 years younger would be 19-18, I still look at them like there kids.
Not at my age. Im attracted to older guys. Like really older. I am 20 and i like guys over 35 🙈
Younger guys play games, that it becomes annoying.
Depends on the person
Maybe a slight difference in age. Prefer older
