I think it is subjective to what you want. In my experience, Asian culture generally discourages women from being as vocal or disrespectful toward men and they deflect saying no by using a variety of grey statements such as "I'm not sure" or "perhaps another time" rather than blatantly saying no, which causes tension and confrontation in a lot of men around the board (specifically in Japanese culture, "I'm not sure" is more commonly used than a blatant "no" because no is considered rude). In my experience, other Asian cultures have a similar expectation of behavior and rejection. This may cause less confrontation. My issue with "white girls" is that a lot of deviance exists between different "white" cultures where confrontation and the encouragement to be more vocal is present. Asian culture, in my opinion at least, is comparatively more open minded toward different ideas while many white cultures tend to view open mindedness as indecision or cowardice to commit to an opinion. My long rant concludes with the differences having different value towards others, so I can't in a general sense choose one or the other.

Race is irrelevant to this. One could argue nationality matters more ("Western women are awful compared to Eastern women"), but you could have Western Asians and Eastern white women (Weeaboos). I've been with white women, Asian women, and an Indian woman. Their race made little difference.
