i know that there are pretty/ugly people in every race but if you put an average looking russian girl and an average looking Asian girl (i think you mean japanese/chinese/korean/vietnamese?), i'd still choose russian. that's just my opinion so don't take anything too seriously.

There are attractive and unattractive members of every race.

It's perhaps worth noting that, in north America, your first picture is partly the reverse of what would typically be seen. Specifically, white girls are more often overweight or obese than Asian girls.
