She has to have some drive, some PASSION, to do something, BE SOMEONE, and not just settle for "house-wife" or "baby-maker" like in the 1950's!!
She KNOWS she is an EQUAL, to men, and won't let them degrade her, or objectify her!
She doesn't NEED a man, to be who she wants to be, and she is confident, that she can do it, herself!!

It is an equation, physical beauty/how easy she is= attraction. And when I say easy it doesn't mean to be a hoe, but it's easier to talk to a girl who is good to talk to, if she isn't like "entertain me" but contributes to conversation. She's talkative.
