Guy says I love you?

I've been seeing this guy for a month and a half. We live in different countries but reunited recently. It's been pretty intense, we meet every two days, we've going on dates, have awesome sex and sleep together. Last night he took me out for wine, he was super excited and happy and told me that since he met me, he has been feeling a lot better mentally and that I help him get out of his depression (he experienced recently mental breakdown). While we were having sex he told me I love you, and we discussed it and it seems we were feeling the same way, I wanted to tell him I love you so badly as well. He then told me when we cooled down that he's slowly falling in love with me and can't be without me. We kind of drunk a lot so I wasn't gonna read much into it but next day he said it again before leaving "I love you baby". Before we went to sleep, we were cuddling and he asked me why I don't believe that I'm loveable and worthy of love but I only told him that I'm trying to protect my heart and be cautious when it comes to emotions.

But it would have been better if u have said to him that "you are keeping your heart safe for your future husband bcoz u dont want any heart breaks" that would have been better...
Than he would his best to tie his knot with yours...

But this of what u said will make him hang in the middle and doubt on u that there is something fishy going on here either u are passing the time or u are involve with someone else or maybe saying the truth.

Do you think so? We were both cuddling at that time and were about to sleep, wasn't the best time to pour my heart out. I told him previously that I'm scared to feel all these emotions cause I don't want to have my heart broken. He told me, "I'm slowly falling in love with you".

The slow the better.
But try to push him indirectly towards marriage so that he can be like a good responsible gentleman. So that he can take care of you. Dont pour out all your emotion but just make him feel that he should marry u rather than keep all this on.

But we are so young for that and none of us wants to get married yet. He's like 2 years younger than me.

Hey thats an ideal age... if i were u guys i would have got married seriously... i dont wana have childrens in my old age 😂

Right now i am 39 and my kid is 6 years old oh man that sucks... i can able to enjoy with my wife at this time 😂

Jokes aside i am serious its ideal age.

Honestly, I'd marry him but don't think we are prepared for that. We still got a lot to experience. We have a really good flow so far.

There is no way you love each other after 45 days. You may be in lust with each other, but you're in the sappy stage. Love is how you handle the normal parts of life; fighting, disagreements, hanging out, complimenting each others lives... not dinner and sex. He may love being with you, but Anonymous... that isn't love.

Yeah I kind of know that so I'll take it slowly. And what do I do when he keeps saying that to me?

Depends... certainly don't say it back unless you really do... try asking "Why do you love me?" "How can you say that, we barely know each other?" or even "What would you change about me?" His answers will reveal a lot...

But I do and I'm trying to not rationalize it but I wanted to tell him I love you so bad and he said it first.
