How do you know if a guy is interested in you?

I have a conversation with someone and we've been in touch for about 2 months, but I can't tell if he likes me or not. He always gives me nice compliments and always texts and calls me. I still can't be sure. we live in different countries

If a guy gives compliments to a girl, that means that he is interested. Always!

One does not give compliments to a person if the target person is not on the radar scope of the one giving compliments. There is always a reason behind a compliment, mainly if this one is about the target person's looks, smells or anything pertaining to the general appearance.

It would be less obvious if the compliment would be given because of an accomplishment but that is very seldom the case.

The best way for you to know is just to ask him. That is about the only way to really find out what the reason behind giving unsolicited compliments is.

He shares every development about his life with me, he is interested in me and moreover, but if he says something negative when I ask him about it, "I'm devastated" I don't want to lose him.

Because of that, men are turning in to chickens. Women can just any bad thing ( true or lie) and he could be facing jail time
