Thirty-year-old women are declining in fertility. if they want to have kids they have to take action. Men stay fertile longer.

Some do. But when you consider how many whores there are out there it's more likely she's 30+ and has a kid (s) already. Sometimes by multiple guys. Very few women remain childless till their 30's anymore.
