Why do certain men find Karens attractive?

The snooty, gullible, ditzy Karen type women that everyone seems to loathe nowadays. Most men of the previous generations typically find them attractive, no idea why. That's beyond me!

I never seen this to be a trend in particular, I think men of any age show a big range of variety in preferences and don't really have only 1 preferred type that stands out.
However let's assume older generations have an actual preference for Karens, as you said.
Trying to give a sense to it, if it's true, I could assume that since older generations are generally more conservative in personality, and genders are much more divided in separated roles, such men could actually aim to women who don't threaten the power they continuously try to convince themselves to have (you know, that complex of never feeling "man" enough), and such women would also be generally very easy to manipulate, because ingenuous but also proud/indignant and I think this is the weakest combo ever to make someone vulnerable to manipulation. So, they could be a great "target" for men who have their secrets, want to keep their "superiority" and control on the situation, want to keep their independency but still have a woman doing services around in a classical housewife style without trying to lead them. Yeah those women do some noise but they're also easy to shut down, and easy to cheat with (since they're in the end not really "engaging" types of women and perceived as inferior), so they could be an ideal scenario for some men. Not that any man who is engaged/married with a Karen plans to cheat on her, though, but a Karen would "allow it better", in my opinion. Still, a large quantity of men might have married them just because they couldn't find any other caring woman or because they are uninteresting empty men as well and get along with such personality.
In general, I think Karens have the potential to give all the benefits of a wife or a random sexual partner but without requiring you to invest your emotional intimacy and true self. Something that men are afraid to do in general because it threatens their never-reached-true-man status.
I have been dumped once in favour of a WAY simplier girl, not a Karen but still ingenuous, unaware and with no real specific contents or depth (claimed also by the guy himself), while I was also more physically attractive (objectively and on his eyes personally as well). He was a guy who has lots of troubles sharing his true emotions and self, and he dumped me even if I was giving him a lot of unique things, made him grow, given him deep real understanding and actual entertainment (not just routine convos), and he was even considering me equal/superior than him and had esteem for me, a lot. In the end, he anyway chosen the other option... So yeah, being simple and not making a man "exposed" can matter a lot, in some cases. That don't make the man really very valuable or desiderable in the end because it reveals how absurdly weak they could be while trying to hide it to themselves too, so maybe it's actually better they settle with Karens and don't try giving troubles to other women... And I think older men have much more of this problem with their own vulnerability compared to the newer generations (not teens, but adults who are like 20-35), who are more brave regarding themselves and I think request also more, to women, than being just female/loyal/goodlooking/respectful.
I conclude repeating that mine is just an assumption, trying to give a sense to the possibility that there is this actual widespreaded preference for Karens (but that I'm not really seeing).

Most reasons are due to them being submissive and manipulated by the karen, and some karens will be completely different when with their partner.

You have noted Karen types who are conservative. I have seen them in large numbers across the political spectrum and from various racial backgrounds. The common denominator is they are usually bourgeois and a bit self-entitled.

With regard to the conservative ones and why men would like them, there was an unfortunate trend in conservative churches in the ‘70s through the ‘00s to train men to put women on a pedestal and to be self-effacing within a relationship to the point of devaluing themselves. This was ironic because it resulted in a lot of stereotypical “beta orbiter” behavior despite a lot of talk about male “headship” in marriages. It takes little imagination to see how a lot of these guys would have ended up with so-called karens.

The men who find Karens attractive are just as ignorant and entitled as their partners.

But "most men" is a gross exaggeration. I live in Seattle and none of the men I know would date a woman with that attitude.

Some men want to be controlled and or yelled at. Guess it makes them feel alive or reminds them of their mother 🤔. I am glad I found a cooperative woman, because I avoid uncooperative types, which is exactly what a Karen is. I guess inversely some men may want the challenge of trying to dominate a bossy woman, but I guess they make their own prison.

There are some (certain) men that see these Karen types as easy prey... someone they can get over on and maybe keep around when they want some less than mildly stimulating conversation and sexual attention.
