I have a crush on a woman who only got her license when she was 38 so I think you're fine. She's still insecure about the fact that I had both my driver's and motorcycle license by the time I was 21 and was driving stick back in high school when I was 18.
Hell, I bought my first car when I was 17, I was one of the first kids to get one.
Frankly there's tons of shit that she can do still that I can't and she's still brilliant. She had her reasons for lacking a license.
Also kinda gets me a little excited to think that I can teach someone stuff, like just driving basics or how to drive stick.

I’m 31 and don’t have a drivers license yet either. I learned to drive late, compared to my siblings who had their boyfriends support and vehicles.
I used to take the bus back in Texas. But since I moved to a small town in the middle of nowhere. There’s no public transportation available. Nothing but highways 🛣 outside this town, with patrol officers monitoring the highway. So if I ever do need a taxi or a transportation, I need to pay $100-200 for a hour drive to the next town to do grocery shopping. Also, there’s no DMV in my town either.
I've seen construction workers holding signs and hitchhiking for a lift to the next bigger town.
My younger Sis is Older than You and has None, hun. However, She does Know how to Drive. lol!!! xxoo
It depends are you ever planned on driving and wishing to have your own car if yes than yes it is a little shameful but I wouldn't be so hard on yourself. It only just some people can realistically get there driver license faster compared to others but I definitely also am having problems because I also don't have a driver license.

Nope, I know a lot of people living in cities with no need to drive,
unless you specifically need a car, then why drive.
yeah it does reduce ability to travel, however if public transport is good enough, then use that.If you're missing opportunities in life, you definitely arnt living to your fullest potential. If you weren't missing opportunities i dont think youd have to ask.
Nothing in life “should” make you feel shame. However, if you are avoiding driving due to fear, then eventually you’ll want to face that fear to keep it from holding you back.
I read somewhere that around half of New Yorkers don't have a licence, but there's no way they could drive anyway because there's no parking
Not really, I didn't learn to drive until I was 30. Public transport was very good where I lived and I was happy to walk to places. My friends had cars but they just seemed to be money pits.
Lol, it's not that hard to get a driver's license, they are vey useful, even if you don't own a car. The are good for identification, proving your age and so on.
I'm 28 and mine has been suspended for almost 3 years because of my epilepsy.
AND, I am ashamed. So, yeah it is.Do u live in New York City or anything equivalent? If yes then it's the norm in big cities. However anywhere else is definitelyess than normal.
not if you live in a big city. I don't have one but I take the subway everywhere
nothing wrong with that, you can still get your license if you want
no, however, you're actually wasting money, using the bus. You'll save money, having a car, trust me on this
How do you get around? Do you have an acceptable recourse?
I’m 30 and I don’t have one. It is, women don’t want a man without a car
I would say that is strange
Not if you don't need it, what's the point then?
Not if you don't need to drive.
it's ok if you're ok with it
the end of the world.
