As long as you've a career and goal, then you can afford taxis and public transport as well as a better life.

One of my employees has a sports car and spends half his monthly wage on it's repayments, he spends a quarter of him payments on house rent. Yet this idiot wonders why his bank balance isn't going up year on year and bitches to me about getting a raise.

I know people nearing the end of their lives that have never driven... they got along just fine, and still do. A driving licence isn't a mark of how good a human being you are :)

Get one if you want, don't if you don't, but don't feel bad about it :)

Is it interfering with you enjoying your daily life or getting jobs or a partner? If not, I wouldn't worry about it, On the other hand, if it is causing your problems, you really should prioritize getting a license.

Okay- you are behind the curve. Get the manual and study and get your learners permit. Find somebody to take you out on the road or go to a driving school. Get this done. You will feel a lot better.

My nephew was the same way, he just didn't needto drive, so he never got his license. Not too uncommon in a city, but pretty much a must in the country.

Why? Do you want a license? Just take a driver training course and get a license. People your age do this every day.

I have a friend who is 29 with epilepsy and she will likely never have a license. One of my grandmothers lived in NYC for most of her life so never got around to getting one.
