You don't say what you are, but there are lots of non-Hispanic guys that have Hispanic girlfriends- you don't need specific advice from anyone, just talk to the ones you're interested in and don't be daunted if they aren't interested. Some people just don't date outside their group.

Actually I have lots of hot women right here where I live, but they're mostly white.
That's fine, I still like to look at them, but I don't get to see enough women of color and never Latinas.
I'm the kind of guy that wants to be surrounded by different races of women.
