Is setting a second date 2 weeks after the first date too long a gap to leave?

I have no idea. I think the dates go find and they seem interested, even staying in touch with me afterwards. But whenever the topic of a 2nd date comes up, they keep making excuses for why they can't see me, usually saying they're too busy.
