WHAT the h£ll. This is a case of having too much money and no brains (how she became a doc is beyond me). Over $4000 for a dating agency? Over 6Ft... Omg ridiculous. Damn she must have chatted with the man before hand. She had to like something about his personality if she agreed to meet him. Shallow narrow minded idiotic female!
I hope this stupid case get tossed out. In fact they should loss her out onto her ass or maybe her head... Knock some sense into her. If she had a problem with the height have some class and keep it to yourself. There's no need to give the man a complex... A undeserved complex. I'm sure he must have been plenty tall enough to be match with a tall woman... 🙄. She could have just eased her way out without making a scene! She couldn't have respectful asked to be matched again!

Okay If the dude was a creep , Stalker , Predictor then yes that would be a reasonable reason to sue the agency , But she just wants easy money, The dude did not hurt her in anyway so if she isn't happy with her match she could have just said not my type get her refund and move on in life and good luck. But some people can be crazy now a days.

Considering the money you pay for dating agencies, and considering how shallow women are about height in general, this isn't surprising that she reacted this way. The ones truly at fault here is the trash journalists that thought this was "news." I think this woman could easily be dismissed as being shallow, but the article implies she is short and everyone else in her family is tall and she has major hangups about her height (I can certainly relate). But again, a woman having a bad date isn't news, and it annoys me that someone thought this was newsworthy more then her being insecure for being 5'6".

I think she was entitled to a refund. She mentioned that height was a very specific criterion and the agency was very sneaky about not revealing his height to her before she actually met the guy. It may be a stupid criterion for her to adopt, but she told them and apparently, they said they would match her with someone who met her requirements.

No the equivalent would be if a you get matched with a 70-80 years old grandma. Men dont give a f how big the tits, ass etc. are. Men care more about women's age, beauty while women care about men's height, strenght etc. due to biology. This is how the dating world is. Everyone is shallow when it comes to dating preferences which is ok. Prefering a woman in her 20s could be shallow too, because only minority of women are young. I would like it if men care about your size of tits rather than age because you can't change your age and your brain development continues till in your mid 20s. You could have surgery to get bigger tits or height.
it is also ridiculous to except from young women to find their soulmate at a young age although their personality is unstable due to their brain development. I personally think young women deserve young men and it is creepy when old men chase young women. Whatever.

I would not mind if a man sues a woman because of the size of the boobs lol. People invest money in it. So they want to be matched to someone they prefere. If she wants not tall men, she could find a man on her own easily because average man ain't tall in america (?). If i was her i would travel to scandinavic or germanic countries because men in these countries are very tall. The average height for men at the age of 18-25 is 6'0 in my country for example. Men who are similarly aged as me are tall and i dont think it would be shallow for me to prefere tall men since it is easy to me to find tall men although i dont care about being shallow.
I also try to stay skinny and i try my best to look good for my boyfriend and he does the same for me. Sueing is extrem but she is right to an extent.

Doesn’t surprise me, what’s funny is the ones that want that height requirement probably are quite shallow with other things and are probably much shorter and wouldn’t normally notice, he must have been obviously a lot shorter than 6 foot, imagine how that guys feels about something that is impossible to do anything about. I’ve never had a height requirement for women on my profile
