+1 yF! kcing STUPID!
WHAT the h£ll. This is a case of having too much money and no brains (how she became a doc is beyond me). Over $4000 for a dating agency? Over 6Ft... Omg ridiculous. Damn she must have chatted with the man before hand. She had to like something about his personality if she agreed to meet him. Shallow narrow minded idiotic female!
I hope this stupid case get tossed out. In fact they should loss her out onto her ass or maybe her head... Knock some sense into her. If she had a problem with the height have some class and keep it to yourself. There's no need to give the man a complex... A undeserved complex. I'm sure he must have been plenty tall enough to be match with a tall woman... 🙄. She could have just eased her way out without making a scene! She couldn't have respectful asked to be matched again!
Gees there just no pleasing some people!
Spoiled conceited female!
Sueing for something so dumb...
HEIGHT SUEING BECAUSE OF HEIGHT omg
No no noNow if she was matched with some dangerous psychopath YES SUE SUE THE HECK OUT OF THEM... But because of a physical trait? GET F! KC OUT OF HERE. Gees no wonder she needed to pay over 4grand no man will want to date her once they get to know her and see her ugly inner self! Shameful!12 Reply- +1 y
Typo and correction:
She could have respectfully and discreetly asked to be matched again!
I can't help wonder what the man must be thinking... Surely he knows all about the and a humiliating scene she's causing over him. I know if I was publicly rejected like that I'd feel dreadful...
The least she could have done was be discreet... Not sue for the world to know she reject this "David" person... For heaven sakes requesting a refund would have sufficed if it irked her that badly.
For heaven sakes have some dignity... Just walk away... I mean damn you don't see this David man sueing for being paired to a concreted narrow minded melodramatic female!
Nope the man had some dignity to shake it off... Probably counting his lucky stars not to be stuck with the woman 🤣... Now that I think about it she probably did him a favor... 😁 I bet once he got a quick sense of how she really was he was probably thinking 🤔 "now how the F I get out of this... 🤣 well he managed to escape that's a bonus 😉"

+1 yOkay If the dude was a creep , Stalker , Predictor then yes that would be a reasonable reason to sue the agency , But she just wants easy money, The dude did not hurt her in anyway so if she isn't happy with her match she could have just said not my type get her refund and move on in life and good luck. But some people can be crazy now a days.

@alwayreckles93 I think the guy dodged a bullet. If the chick is this shallow, just imagine what a hellish partner she would be.
- +1 y
Poor guy , Yeah He deserve a better woman.
- +1 y
@Alwaysreckless93 I think the reason she had to sue was because they wouldn't give her a refund.
Considering the money you pay for dating agencies, and considering how shallow women are about height in general, this isn't surprising that she reacted this way. The ones truly at fault here is the trash journalists that thought this was "news." I think this woman could easily be dismissed as being shallow, but the article implies she is short and everyone else in her family is tall and she has major hangups about her height (I can certainly relate). But again, a woman having a bad date isn't news, and it annoys me that someone thought this was newsworthy more then her being insecure for being 5'6".

u +1 yI think she was entitled to a refund. She mentioned that height was a very specific criterion and the agency was very sneaky about not revealing his height to her before she actually met the guy. It may be a stupid criterion for her to adopt, but she told them and apparently, they said they would match her with someone who met her requirements.

Anonymous(25-29)+1 yNo the equivalent would be if a you get matched with a 70-80 years old grandma. Men dont give a f how big the tits, ass etc. are. Men care more about women's age, beauty while women care about men's height, strenght etc. due to biology. This is how the dating world is. Everyone is shallow when it comes to dating preferences which is ok. Prefering a woman in her 20s could be shallow too, because only minority of women are young. I would like it if men care about your size of tits rather than age because you can't change your age and your brain development continues till in your mid 20s. You could have surgery to get bigger tits or height.
it is also ridiculous to except from young women to find their soulmate at a young age although their personality is unstable due to their brain development. I personally think young women deserve young men and it is creepy when old men chase young women. Whatever.
I would not mind if a man sues a woman because of the size of the boobs lol. People invest money in it. So they want to be matched to someone they prefere. If she wants not tall men, she could find a man on her own easily because average man ain't tall in america (?). If i was her i would travel to scandinavic or germanic countries because men in these countries are very tall. The average height for men at the age of 18-25 is 6'0 in my country for example. Men who are similarly aged as me are tall and i dont think it would be shallow for me to prefere tall men since it is easy to me to find tall men although i dont care about being shallow.
I also try to stay skinny and i try my best to look good for my boyfriend and he does the same for me. Sueing is extrem but she is right to an extent.02 Reply
Opinion Owner+1 yI also dont agree with her. It is extrem rude to sue dating agency because of this. You can prefere tall men but it is extremely rude to do this since it is very disrespectful towards the guy

@hi_it_is_me123. Wow, well said.
+1 y'"I was at a stage where I was ready to settle down, get married and start a family. I was a career woman, I was 36...". These women are delusional. They really think they can waste their prime years and when they are physically declining Mr. Right (aka a high value man) will wait around the corner to marry them. Sweetheart, you cannot attract the same caliber of men with 36 that you could have attracted with 26.

+1 yDoesn’t surprise me, what’s funny is the ones that want that height requirement probably are quite shallow with other things and are probably much shorter and wouldn’t normally notice, he must have been obviously a lot shorter than 6 foot, imagine how that guys feels about something that is impossible to do anything about. I’ve never had a height requirement for women on my profile

+1 ywell i dunno about this one. she specifically paid a huge amount of money to a private high end dating agency. its not like she sued tinder for a match or something
if i pay 5k and say i want a redhead and they bring me a blonde. i would demand my money back also11 Reply- +1 y
Maybe the 6' match didn't exist? Do they bring her no one?

THAT'S the biggest problem.
Sure we're going to have stupid accusations but when those in power legitimize and validate petty and foolish lawsuits... the judges are a huge problem.10 ReplyThey were always this way, they just have more unearned power now.

That's how the matchmaking agencies works, they have to match you with someone who have similar preferences...13 Reply- +1 y
@KrakenAttackin to answer your update, well your right because feminism won't miss an occasion to attack men...
Do you care? NOPE YOU DON'T, you want a girl with big boobs than that's what your going to get whether they like it or not!

@tonymetal___86. Imagine if a man specified bra size, weight, height, no kids, hair color, etc. Women would lose their shit.
The one gratifying thing is that this woman in the article WILL end up alone. - +1 y
True and let them bark alone, you have your choice just like she have hers
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yPeople love money. If they only knew how easy it is to make it. Working is the worse way to earn money. Yet 97% of people do it that way. What if the dude was like 5'10 lmao

+1 yEven if it's shallow, people are entitled to have their own preference, and people should get what they pay for. If you pay 100$ for a green shirt and they get you a black one, wouldn't you ask for a refund?

Could she not reject the man and have them find her another?
- +1 y
If the man was a stalker , Predictor creepy dude then sure it is a good reason to sue the agency but I mean seriously the woman wants easy money so she decided to be a Karen and sue the company.
1.1K opinions shared on Dating topic. People invest a lot of money in these matchmaking services. It depends on how how much she invested and what she was promised that will determine the likelihood of her winning the case.
