It depends on what he is recording and where it was recorded. It is situational. And whether or not you have a "high class" job, that is not a factor from a legal standpoint.

In certain public spaces, where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy, you can record without consent. If you go out on a busy street and record a bunch of people walking by, its generally okay.

If you go into a changing room at a store (where privacy is reasonably expected) and secretly or without consent record someone changing clothes, that is both illegal and also a case for a law suit.

It is against federal law to record any nudity without explicit consent of the people being recorded. Could be jail time and law suit. So if he has video of you naked or otherwise in a situation where privacy is pretty much assumed, you have a case.

If your boyfriend has nude videos of you that he recorded without your consent, you have a clear case against him. If he has video of you in a bathing suit at a public beach, probably not.
