Because black people are seen as; aggressive, loud, obnoxious, stronger, more athletic, shall I go on?😕 these stereotypes are often pushed in the media to where people who’ve never even met a black person in the flesh hold these ideals, that we’re dangerous or stronger than them. It goes both ways too as far as black women , it’s we’re “stronger” and we can handle most things ourselves. Mindsets like these really hurtful and degrading.
