Not really. Being chivalrous is about courtesy - showing a woman that you care and will protect her. I'm not sure what wearing perfume has to do with that. Other than perhaps insofar as you might consider taking pride in one's appearance constitutes a form of care for another person. Actually the Italians believe this - the term "la bella figura" refers to being presentable as a form of respect for others. But the simpy Instagram narcissism takes that to a really self-absorbed level that I don't think has anything to do with respect or chivalry.
