Type A, Type B, Type C, Type D, or Type X? I think I'm more Type C.

This is boiled down MBTI. If you have interest in trait typing google up information on MEYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR, or MBTI. It's good stuff, and much more comprehensive.

I've done marriage seminars - Help For My Marriage - where we typed everybody and discussed the various trait poles and what they look like and why people act as they do, how they gather information, process it, and make decisions. It's a way to quantify and label traits for positive discussion. Very powerful. I've had several couples tell me they were in the process of divorcing but now had tools to work through their differences. It was quite remarkable. And I contribute the science to saving my own marriage - we used to argue a lot but came to realize were trying to argue our own points, completely missing the other's. Like two ships passing in the night.

Well I learned something new today: I always thought it was only two primary types (A and B). And considered myself an A-

I'm definitely more of an C and D type, so X for me. I'm primarily C with aspects of D as well.

Detail oriented, Logical, Unprepared.

Relationship oriented but very exclusive about it, Not outgoing (introverted), Enthusiastic only with stuff I like.

These are rather lacking and not thorough enough. From the Meyer Brigs Personality Types, I'm INTJ (The Architect) which has similar traits as the A, C, and D from the one you posted.

My employees say that I am a tank. When I ask for something to be done, that's it, no discussion. I don't really see myself that way so it was surprising to hear from them
