I would prefer the virgin. I'd like to have at least one in my life. All the girls I ever had sex with were FAR from being virgins and, two of the 3 had already been pregnant before I met them. They had also all been married WHEN I was with them!! #1 was planing to divorce him, #2 had just broken up with him and #3 didn't consider herself to be married to him anymore because he'd had a sex change a few years before and then reverted.

Depends on the person.

I wouldn't want to go with a sleazy person, for example. If they're non-virgin but has learned the value of committed love and saved it for someone who's worthy of making love instead of casual sex then sure, I would go with the 23 year old non virgin.

It's not about if you're a virgin or not, it's about who you are and what sort of decisions you're making after the fact.

First off… there would have to be a reason why she’s a 27 year old virgin. If say she chose too due to religious reasons. I would try to convince her the benefits of having sex prior to marriage.

Otherwise there might be something wrong with her.
