He and I have been being friends with benefits for half year. He got jealous if I see other guys and got annoyed if I reply late so he acted like a boyfriend sometimes, but recently he told me he got a girlfriend ( I saw a picture of them.) and said "That's because the girl puts me first." and we had a fight. He blocked me too. After a week, he send me messages few times if we can meet again. I ignored them but I decided to meet because I thought he would say something about that.
He just said "I realized I'm obsessed with you." and I asked him why then he is like "I'm attracted to you. You have amazing lips."
He just got a new girlfriend and he still want to keep our friends with benefits relationship. He texts me everyday and asks me how was my day. I like him but I really don't understand our current situation.

He uses women for sex. I really don't see the point of the question. You wanted to be used for sex, he did it. You used him for sex, you did it. He got a girlfriend but that doesn't mean he loves her. He doesn't even love you or himself. What it is is that he is claiming you because he laid up with you. Your like his 2nd wife. And if another man laid up with you he loses his ability to claim multiple women. That is why sexual relations is so dangerous for females. He is not attracted to you. Nope, I wouldn’t talk to him. At this point, your past and what he’s said/done is irrelevant. He had a choice and he chose her, not you. He doesn’t see girlfriend potential in you, only your body. You need to have the self worth to realize you deserve more than being a side piece friends with benefits. The only way you can maintain a friends with benefits is to have Zero attachments, you can’t feel any way about him and vice versa. You have to be 100% ok with just being called for sex and wanting nothing more. The extra shit that he does, talking about being obsessed and whatever, just blurs the lines because if that’s the case, he should be with you. Otherwise, he should not be saying these things and only call you to hook up. I know friends with benefits can be exciting but after a while it’s taxing because being devalued is shit.
