Me and this guy, we are friends with benefits. We had a small break about two weeks ago, for him to allow for space. It helped in a way.

When reconnecting I said what boundaries I wanted to respect. 1. Keeping it causal, not texting everyday, being honest and open not beating around the bush etc.

He agreed with that, but reforced the idea of keeping causal and not texting everyday which he wants do. But what confused me in a way was he said still keeping in touch and I asked if he wanted to add anything else he then said "I think that’s the main points but yeah just keeping it cool and breezy and just going with the flow. "

What's your opinion on this? We hung out the next day and was a good time he was very cuddlely and seemed to me he missed our connection abit.

Yo from what you're saying it seems like he's down to keep casually hooking up and feels the same about keeping it breezy between you guys. Saying he wants to go with the flow is a good sign too - means he ain't tryna pressure anything or put labels on it.

As long as you guys are on the same page about not catching feels, keeping it strictly physical, and being able to see other people if you want, a friends with benefits situ can work great. Seems like making out and cuddling after your little break was a nice way to reconnect too without making it a big deal.

My advice would just be to enjoy each other whenever you hook up but keep your own lives separate otherwise. Like don't be blowing each other's phones up on the daily if you said you didn't wanna do that. Communication is important but leave some mystery, ya feel? As long as both of you are happy with the setup then do your thing! Just don't mix emotions in and you should be straight.
