Are straight women more attracted to other women than they are to men?

The reason I ask is because on social media women will compliment other women telling them how beautiful and sexy they look, but most men on social media ( even good looking men) hardly get any compliments off women.

Like I’m a good looking guy, as cringe as that sounds, but you’ll be surprised. A lot of women do compliment me, just not directly. Like I was getting pizza today lol, and this elderly lady (looks like she’s in her 50’s but still has her blonde hair) with what looks like it could be her grandkid kept staring at me. And I could clearly hear her said I was “hot” underneath her breath as I reaching to get the soda near where she was sitting. It was awkward asf because in my head, I’m like “your grandkid is right next to you 😅….” First time that happened. But I even have my female boss at one of my jobs flirt with me too. She’s literally only nice to me, and she does playful things like take pictures of me and eat some of my lunch in a flirty way lol. So guys who are above average looking do get compliments. It’s just it’s not as noticeable.

According to science, both straight and bisexual women show a slight bias toward finding women more arousing. It's very possible that most women are only straight because of societal construct

I'm sure I don't understand what you mean. The study itself is the evidence, along with its numerous citations to other studies confirming the same observed behaviors. Repeated scientifically-sound results are the most solid "proof" science can provide toward or against a particular hypothesis or theory.

The problem is that many of these studies contradict real life. If these studies were correct then women wouldn't date men, they would all be in lesbian relationships.
