I can never understand why this happens but it does. My crush rejected me and he also thinks like this.
It seems like they love their autonomy, without having to report to anyone. I would think that guys like this are not yet very mature.

How does that make someone immature? Relationships creates parameters no matter how you spin it. Immaturity would be accepting a relationship and not accommodating the other person, rather here he's truthful about not wanting to give up his current lifestyle yet.
