On the surface of the issue I see no problem with that.
Everything would always depend on the specifics but overall that isn't an issue at all.
When I was single when it came to a girl's job my main concerns were:
Did the job offend me on a relationship intimacy level? I would have never had anything to do with a woman who was a sex worker, stripped, cam modeled, was an actress or even posed nude for drawing classes.
Were our hours compatible? Was I on day shift and she was on night shift to where we never see each other?
Did she travel for work, was out of town a lot or worked a hectic schedule with long hours and was she on call all the time where she is getting called in at all hours no matter what plans we already had going.
On the surface... a factory job would be fine... of these deal breaker issues I listed above only the shift she worked could be an issue. If our shifts clashed and we never saw each other (like she was working 2nd or 3rd shift).

What are you talkin about you have a profession okay we can line up a profession girl and we can line you up first thing I'm going to do is look into your eyes because I want to know exactly who you are on the inside if you're confident and I believe you are you are smart you're intelligent you're happy you can smile you like what do you do or otherwise you would change it and I can feel in your words that you are very beautiful person on the inside and to me that's all accounts If You're Beautiful on the inside and you can smile I would probably Choose You

I don't see why that would be an issue. I can't imagine why you'd ever look down on anyone for working. As long as they work hard and try their best. In whatever field they choose.
A big plus is if it's also union. As she'll have good medical and dental coverage. Plus, most likely, a good retirement package. In case it leads to marriage.I want to be with a woman who loves me, cares about me, understands me, and shares the same values.
If she is responsible with her money, and she makes her own money, then I don't care where she works or how much money it brings in.It's one aspect that wouldn't be enough to sway one way or another if I'd date them, but there would never be a situation where I find out she has a factory job and go like, "ew" it's just as respectable as any quality
Absolutely! What is wrong with someone who is working the manufacturing industry? I don't see why a profession should be more than a curiosity or topic to talk about. It opens the door for so many other topics and questions.
Yes because I work in a factory well sort of it's a machine shop I make decent money I didn't really go to college and I think that's kind of sexy actually
why not she must be good with her hands and nothing wrong in that.
Most guys don't care about this common projection...
Even though I'm a university grad in a "profession", yes, I would date a girl who works a factory job. I don't care.
Honey, a factory job is a profession and there are more things to be considered rather than a profession. Would she be open dating guys who are extremely educated?
Would rather date a girl with common sense and not afraid to break a nail.
You can survive with common sense!
Education is not that important to me!
