It would definitely depend on the circumstances in which I was turned down the first time and the reasoning behind why I'm now being deemed a viable option.

If they were taken before or they were at a spot in their life where a relationship just wasn't feasible, then sure.
But if their original reasoning was that they just aren't attracted to me, the chances of them gaining my interest again are very slim.

Not necessarily out of spite, it's just that I have most likely lost interest in them afterwards, especially if they remained in my life.
