Tell your Current boyfriend and ask him if he has any idea about it. But it's upto you to decide whether you want to tell him or not. Maybe she wants to say something about him or her.
Sounds like something important. Exes don’t usually come in the new girlfriends life and ask for a respectful convo unless it’s something serious.
