I would dress something cute like casual chic. Nothing too sexy or too revealing.
It’s always better to be over dressed than under dressed for these situations.
I wouldn't go on a blind date, I also don't "dress up".

Well it depends on what we're going on if it's just a blind date to a coffee shop probably my Norm but if we're going to a fancy restaurant I would dress up
I dress comfortably for any occasion unless it requires a suit and tie. Even then it will be a dress shirt and tie at the most.

I usually do dress according to where I'll be going. Maybe suggest the place so you can where what you're most comfortable in? Sweats might be a bit too relaxed on a first date though.

Now that is just me. I know many others do not but if you don't start by putting your best foot forward then why would she pick you over somebody that does. I believe that showing her that she means something by dressing up for her indicates to her that she is just another date. You find her important enough to put in the effort.

Casual, no makeup. I don't buy into the fancy foofy shit. Usually boots, cargo pants, either a blouse or a flannel and a beanie sometimes.
