I like a girl who is fit. Health and vitality are amazing and i really wish more people understood that! If you work out, you'll get toned arms yes but I can guarantee you that you will not turn into Dwayne Johnson lol. Men's muscles are just more visible than women's, which is why there's this misconception that working out will lead to a woman looking bulky. Please at least do some basic exercises regularly and get to a point where you can easily lift your own body weight.
As long as your overall body is in good heathy shape your arms will not ruin it.
Also take it from someone who trains a lot, you won't just wake up one day and have arms that put the rock to shame so it's ok to train your arms you'll get them just toned enough not to have flaps and maintain a balanced workout regiment.

Because women shouldn't have to look helpless and half-starved to be regarded as physically attractive. That's a male fantasy that has to do with middle-class Victorian values, where wives were kept trapped in their husbands' suburban castles, entirely away from any sort of life where they would be permitted to accomplish anything other that being half-starved and helpless,
My favorite female actor is Linda Hamilton in the Terminator movies. I really don't like Arnold but at least he had the brains to work with Linda H., and that lady is the opposite of the trapped waify dependent things with the skinny arms.

if you're really gonna make me choose, i slightly prefer a. but muscular arms on a woman can be really hot. overly muscular is unattractive on men and women, but having an arm day is not gonna make you too muscular. that b woman's arms just as attractive as woman a
There are many different arm shapes that a person can have. I think that the two examples given are perfectly fine. But remember that there are many other variations.
Toned/muscular arms look nice on a woman. Thin is fine too but I think muscular arms look better as long as they're not bulky. The lady with the toned/muscular arms in the photo is not bulky.
What is considered attractive and what "should" be are not always the same. Should women have strong arms? Yes. It makes them useful.
I have "athletically toned" arms just so that I can be more capable of doing stuff without relying on somebody else's strength.
