Girls, would you be weirded out if a guy you were dating was wearing girls deodorant? Guys would you feel similar if your girl wore guys deodorant?

In my deodorant question a few girls said they wore guys deodorant. made me wonder how people might react to this when dating.

My wife, I and adult children girls wear Sure unscented for the simple there is no scent to compete with their perfume. I personally don't like the mixing of a good perfume with the cheap overpowering smell of underarm deodorant or some vaginal sprays. The same thing with guys who shower with a strong soap then use a different underarm spray then use a different heavy aftershave. Pick one either scented underarm or body soap or after shave pick one and use it sparingly no need to take a bath in it. If a lot is good a lot IS NOT BETTER. Women just a dab is enough on your pulse points and behind the ears that is it just because you like the scent does not mean bathe in it

Many deodorants are quite unisex these days so I don't know that I'd realise ubless she told me. The Nivea roll on I use wouldn't smell out of place on a woman, it's just more suited to our skin type.

Considering most mens deodorants have a manly smell I love unless they used a no scented woman’s one (though I’d wonder why as they wear off quickly) then it kind of would bother me tbh..

That's strange because we're no longer a lockdown over here as a matter fact we're getting ready to come out of mask requirements starting at Spring break and some places they haven't wore a mask since last April some vacation spots.

@Cuminginside Well yes shut down isn't here too. People are allowed to come out with masks. Shut down means totally close and lock down means it is preferred that people won't comes out unless necessary that too with masks and follow social distance. In India this is what it means

I’m sure I wouldn’t notice. Women’s deodorant doesn’t have as strong of an odor as men’s deodorant. And the scent wears off pretty quickly after someone puts it on.

I used to wear mens deodorant in jr high. It was a better “unscented” deodorant. The woman's one still had a fragrance.

Nope girls Deodorant doesn't last as long. i always has be using men deodorant because of my senstives skins that i can't used the girls deodorant anymore. is doesn't matter.

I've worked in advertising for many years and for all different products, including toiletries. I can assure you that men's and women's deodorants are the same thing, but with (slightly) different fragrances. I really don't think anyone would notice.

Its deodorant xD just needs to smell alright. I used my partners when I worked with horses as it did the job better. Same as we just buy "mens' razors because they're cheaper than the girls pink plastic 🤣

I wouldn't care about the "gender affiliation" of the deodorant. The only thing that I WILL notice is if the deodorant has a too strong aroma that prevents me from breathing.
