Umm.. ur in ur 30's, unless in some way you depend on your sister, CUT that bitch outta your life. My mom ruined my childhood and later on my life. I lost TEN YEARS of my life because of her... as soon as i got out of the hole she put me in, i cut that bitch out of my life. No contact. and if i have to be around her because of family, minimal to no conversation. one word answers. Cut em out, you would be SO MUCH happier. Trust me.
